Walmart has been hit with a false advertising claim over its organic eggs.

Customers are suing Walmart over their claim that their eggs are organic. Customers say that Walmart packaging claimed their eggs were organic because the hens had access to outdoor space, but their hens, in fact, were not raised with access to the outdoors.

The customers accuse Walmart of misleading the public about their eggs and increasing the price to a premium.
